I spent three weeks here and it really is paradise. The gym is great and the trainer is really good. All of the staff are lovely and helpful. The food in the cafe is so tasty and all really fresh and good for you. My favourite class was calisthenics and my favourite food was probably the veg fritta with peacamole. This place is a must visit!

Lows
- If you like the hustle and bustle of city life, then this might not be the place for you as it is situated in an untouched beach paradise largely disconnected from the rest of Sri Lanka.
- Colombo airport is located 180 minutes away, so expect a little drive when you arrive.
- During the kitesurfing season (December to March and June to September) the resort is quite busy, however a lot of guests like to get involved in the kitesurfing activities. If you would rather a more peaceful fitness break, then you might want to consider booking at a quieter time of year.
